HOW TO FIND US

The Business Point is located in the beautiful Simpson Bay Marina / Plaza Del Lago complex located on Airport Road in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten (the Dutch side of Dutch/French Sint Maarten / Ste-Martin’) about one mile (1.6 km) East of Princess Juliana International Airport.

Arriving By Air? Turn right leaving the Airport (East, toward the mountains) and drive past the runway and rental car agencies. Simpson Bay Lagoon with the anchored yachts is on your left. Continue around the end of the airport and through a myriad of small restaurants and shops, and cross over the Simpson Bay Bridge. The Sint Maarten Yacht Club is on your left by the bridge. About ½ mile past the bridge, on your left, you will see the red-tile roofs of Simpson Bay Yacht Club and Plaza Del Lago. Look for the “Plaza Del Lago” sign on your left and park near there. The Business Point is located next to the Top Carrot Restaurant.

Arriving By Sea? Come by dinghy to the dock in front of Budget Nautique in Simpson Bay Marina (It’s a safe dock with 24/7 security). If you come by larger boat you can usually tie up for a short period of time at the Simpson Bay Marina Fuel Dock (Shell), but call Simpson Bay Marina on VHF 79A to request permission. Walk past the restaurants (Jimbo’s on the left and Goodfellas on the right). Look for the directional sign to The Business Point. We’re 100 meters on your left just past the Stop N Shop Commissary, next to the Medical Center. You can also call “Business Point” on VHF 14 or 64A or ask anybody you see – St. Maarten is the “Friendly Island.”
